How do I sign up my student for London College of Music Exams?
The process for signing up is very simple. Email us at eastpointproexams@gmail.com about your intention to register your student(s).
What is the cost of the exams?
Prices vary for different types and grades of exams. Please contact us for a specific cost.
Can parents stay for exams?
To help maintain a quiet, distraction-free testing environment, parents and guardians are encouraged to wait in their vehicles or leave and return when the exam is completed.
If a student has a medical condition or disability that requires a parent or caregiver to remain on-site, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations.
What time do students need to arrive for exams?
Students are encouraged to arrive AT LEAST 40 minutes before their scheduled exam time.
Do exam times switch on the day?
If a student arrives late, the exam order may be adjusted to keep the schedule running smoothly. While we will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, this should not be considered standard practice, and repeated lateness may not be accommodated.
Where can a student use their certificate?
London College of Music exams are internationally accredited qualifications that recognize a student's musical achievement and progress. Exam results and certificates can be valuable for college and university applications, résumés, scholarship opportunities, and as recognition of a student's hard work and dedication.
How old do you have to be to take exams?
You can take exams at any age! Our youngest student to do exams was 2 years old.
I saw there were photos taken. Do students need to take photos?
Photos taken by East Point Productions Inc. may be shared with tutors and schools and used for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to have your or your child's photo used, you may opt out.
How long does it take to receive exam certificates?
Certificates are shipped to East Point Productions Inc. by air mail and are carefully reviewed to ensure all information is complete and accurate. This process can take up to three months. Once certificates are ready, schools and tutors will be notified that they are available for collection.
How long does East Point Productions Inc. hold onto exam certificates?
Certificates will be held by East Point Productions Inc. for up to two months after schools and tutors have been notified that they are available for collection.
